| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of HeShen Pill treating chronic nephritis of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type.Method:Sixty patients with the type of spleen-kidney Qi deficiency of Primary Chronic Nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average, which received HeShen Pill and Irbesartan Tablet treatment for two months, respectively,24h urinary protein quantity complement3(C3) before and after treating were observed.Results:To improve the clinical symptoms and signs, HeShen Pill in the treatment of chronic nephritis with Irbesartan Tablet can improve the24h urine protein, complement3(C3), and HeShen Pill is superior to that of Irbesartan tablet.1. Chinese medicine HeShen Pill treatment group total effectiveness for93.3%,proprietary Irbesartan Tablet the comparison group total effectiveness of70%. Compared two groups total effective rate, there are significant difference (P＜0.05).2. Two groups of TCM integral (Face limb swelling, Shenpi fatigue, back pain, poor appetite or bloating) aspects of the treatment group is better than that of control group (p＜0.01). 3. The treatment group in improving patient of24h urine protein,complement3(C3), better than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:HeShen Pill in line with the principle of cure the disease, strict set of square, closely linked to the pathogenesis and treatment of patients with chronic nephritis24h urinary protein, complement3(C3), lipids delay the progress of renal function was significantly better than the control group. Can be significantly improved, worthy of further research and clinical. |
