The Clinical Curative Observation Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Cured By Heshen Pill

Objective:To observe the clinic curative effect of the adult PNS cured by heshen pill add western medicine foundation treatment.Method:60patients met the standard of adult PNS were randomly assigned to the treatment group and control group.30patients in control group were given basic treatment (WM hormone and symptomatic treatment),30patients in treatment group were given basic treatment combined with Heshen pill, oral for8weeks. We evaluate the index of these two groups before and after the treatment. The index include TCM syndrome, edema subsided days, urinal protein of24h, plasma-albumin, blood fat and creatinine.Results:Syndrome integral was improved significantly (P<0.05) after treatment compared before, and the treatment group was better than control group in syndrome integral (P<0.05).In the TCM syndrome total curative effect the treatment group was superior to the other (P<0.05).Single symptom curative effect:about lumbar spinal pain, fatigue weakness, edema, or less often bilges, defecate pond treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05), but in the terms of frequent urination and nocturia more the two groups had no statistically significant(P< 0.05). Disease clinical curative effect comparison of treatment group was superior to control group(P<0.05). In the term of edema faded days, treatment group’s time was shorter, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.009). After treatment the24-hour proteinuria was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the treatment group is better than control group(p<0.05). After treatment serum albumin was significantly increased(P<0.05), but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment the cholesterol, triglycerides was significantly improved(p<0.05), but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment reatinine has reduced in the two groups, but the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05). The two groups contrast was comparable in the above indicators.Conclusion:1.Heshen pill add western medicine foundation treatment is better in the curative effect than simple western medicine foundation treatment.2. Both Heshen pill add western medicine foundation treatment and simple western medicine foundation treatment can improve the TCM syndrome,24-hour proteinuria, plasma albumin, cholesterol, triglycerides and edema.3. In the terms of the TCM syndrome, edema faded days,24-hour proteinuria, the heshen pill add western medicine foundation treatment is better than. simple western medicine foundation treatment. 4.
