Objective:Observation of Huanglian Wendan Decoction for clearing away heat and dampness Jiagni, treatment of experimental chronic gastritis in the SD Rat Gastric Mucosal pathological changes and the use of immunohistochemical methods, detection of epithelial growth factor EGF, bFGF of basic fibroblast growth factor on gastric mucosal Decoction the mechanism.Methods:Using sodium deoxycholate in combinnation with hot and humid environment, improper diet and other comprehensive factors predisposing to "made in SD rat model of chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, experimental research to SD rats were divided control group,model group, Huang lian Wendan Tang Gao, medium, low dose group, xisha group carries on the contrsat ration, on March, after the rats were sacrificed,remove the antrum of pathological sections, and was observed under microscope, and then the antral part section, using immunohistochemical method for the detection of epithelial growth facttor EGF, bFGF of basic fibroblast growth factor on gastric mucosal repair function expression.Results:Gastric antrum mucous membrane in the total area and edema, inflammatory area, average optical density iod,compared with the model group, cisapride group,Huanglian Wendan Decoction,in high dose group were low,with statistical (P<0.05), and cisapride group comparison, Huanglian Wendan Tang Gao dose group were low, with statistical (P<0.05) Xisha Billy group with Huanglian Wendan Tang Gao dose group immunohistochemical comparison between, no significant difference (P>0.05).Each model after the EGF,bFGFexpression was higher,the following drug intervention, EGF, bFGF expression was disease model group, with Huanglian Wendan Tang Gao dose effect is obvious,with no significant difference between group (P>0.05). Description of Huanglian Wendan Decoction can significantly increased in a rat model of gastric mucosal bFGF expression, collaborative EGF promotes local angiogenesis.Conclusion Chinese medicine use of Huanglian Wendan Decoction for clearing heat and dampness Jiangni method in treating chronic gastrtis,has the very good curative effect, having reduced antral mucosal inflammation function, and increased antral mucosal epithelial growth factor EGF,bFGF of basic fibroblast growth factor on gastric mucosa repair function.Conclusion:Chinese medicine application of Huanglian Wendan decoction for clearing heat and dampness jiangni method in treating chronic gastritis,has the very good urative effect, having reduced antral mucosal inflammation function, and increased antral mucosal epithelial growth factor EGF, bFGF of basic fibroblast growth factor on gastric mucosa repair function.
