Based On The Expression Changes Of BFGF And FGFR-2,the Mechanism Of Pingmi Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Intrinsic Uplifting Erosive Gastritis Was Discussed

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingmei Jiedu Decoction in treating raised erosive gastritis(REG)with Damp-heat intrinsic type,and to detect the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF)and fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 in gastric mucosa of REG patients and blank control group.The changes of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 expression in REG patients before and after treatment were explored to elucidate the mechanism of Pingmei Jiedu Decoction in treating damp-heat endogenous REG.Method:Thirty REG patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the treatment group.Pingmei Jiedu Yin(compound granules,manufacturer: new green medicine)was administered sooner or later for 8 weeks.Thirty patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected as the blank control group without drug intervention.The expression of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 in REG group and control group were compared.The gastroscopic morphology,TCM symptom score and pathological changes,and the expression of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 in REG group were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Curative effect of TCM symptoms: 11 cases(36.67%)were cured in REG group,8 cases(26.67%)were markedly effective,9 cases(30.00%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 93.34%.2.Gastroscopy effect: 13 cases(43.33%)were cured,8 cases(26.67%)were markedly effective,4 cases(13.33%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 83.33%3.Pathological effect: 9 cases(30.00%)were cured,11 cases(36.67%)were markedly effective,4 cases(13.33%)were effective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.4.Changes of BFGF indices:(1)Compared with the treatment group before treatment,the IHS value of BFGF in the control group was 0.4413(+0.1994)and that in the treatment group was 1.0053(+0.4539)before treatment,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group: The IHS value of BFGF in the treatment group was 0.4587(+0.2442),which was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with the treatment group,there was no significant difference in BFGF IHS between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).5.The changes of fibroblast growth factor R-2 indicators:(1)Compared with the treatment group before treatment,the fibroblast growth factor R-2 IHS value of the control group was 0.4883(+0.2668)and the fibroblast growth factor R-2 IHS value of the treatment group was 0.9790(+0.3694)before treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group: Fibroblast growth factor R-2 IHS value in the treatment group was 0.5060 + 0.3058 after treatment,which was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).(3)The comparison between the control group and the treatment group after treatment: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment of FGFR-2 IHS(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Pingmei Jiedu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of REG patients with Damp-heat intrinsic type,eliminate gastric mucosal eminence and repair mucosal erosion.Pingmei Jiedu Decoction has obvious curative effect on REG patients with Damp-heat intrinsic type.2.The expression of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 in gastric mucosa of protruding erosive gastritis was maintained at a high level before treatment.After treatment,the expression of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 decreased significantly,which was similar to the level of chronic superficial gastritis.It suggested that inhibiting the overexpression of BFGF and fibroblast growth factor R-2 to normal level might be the therapeutic mechanism of Pingmei Jiedu Decoction...
