Research On Professor LYU Wenliang’s Experience In Using Huanglian Wendan Soup And Its Mechanism In Treating Chronic Gastritis With Insomnia

Objective:Applying data mining technology,through the study of LYU Wenliang application of Huanglian Wendan Soup cases.To excavate the disease,symptom,rule and the drugs flexible change,then to analyze,summarize and conclude the pattern.In order to provide relevant and valuable reference,improve the relevance and efficacy of the clinical application.Then,using network pharmacology techniques,investigated the underlying mechanisms of his application of Huanglian Wendan Soup for the treatment of major diseases,analyze the main components,core targets and potential mechanism,in order to better guide the clinical useing Traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat common diseases.Method:①Cases study on LYU Wenliang’s clinical application of Huanglian Wendan Soup.Selected the cases from March 2018 to December 2020,enter the information(complaints,current symptoms,past history,diagnostic,prescription drug,etc.)into the Excel table,and select cases with Huanglian Wendan Soup as the main party.The data extraction and analysis of the symptoms,disease names,certificate types,prescription drug additions and decreases,efficacy and so on are extracted and analyzed by using the method of frequency statistics and entropy clustering analysis,using the Auxiliary Platform of Chinese Medicine Inheritance.To summarizes the scope of application of Huanglian Wendan Soup,the rules of drug addition and reduction,etc.②Using network pharmacology technology,to study the potential mechanism of Huanglian Wendan Soup in treating chronic gastritis combined with insomnia.The drug composition,target and disease target are finded in the online database,then draw Wayne map bettween drugs and diseases,the common targets are used to build a "drug-component-target-disease" network and PPI network.Analysis the GO function and KEGG signaling pathway,screening high significance gene function and signaling pathways,combined traditional Chinese medicine theory,to explain the potential mechanism of Huanglian Wendan Soup treatment of chronic gastritis with insomnia.Result:①Professor LYU Wenliang applied Huanglian Wendan Soup to treat diseases such as sleeplessness,stomach palpitations,sweating,etc.The type is mainly in the inside of sputum heat and wet in sputum.Insomnia,dry mouth,sweating are the top symptoms,tongue veins to dark red,yellow moss,slow veins for the common tongue.②In the dialectical use of Huanglian Wendan soup,Huanglian,faxia and tangerine peel are often used as the core drugs to replace the whole prescription.He is good at using raw oyster-Forged keel,corrugated-cuttlefish bone,Acacia skin-Polygala,etc.③In clinical practice,Coptis chinensis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma farfarae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae are the most commonly used 10g.oyster,Polygala tenuifolia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,calcined keel and Albizzia cortex are commonly used 20g.Zhuru 10g and 20g are more commonly used.Poria cocos is commonly used to 30-50g.licorice is commmonly used 6g.④The results showed that there were 143 active components in Huanglian Wendan Soup,369 components and 990 chronic gastritis targets and 972 insomnia targets were screened out.After the intersection of the three,there were 16 targets in the same.The active components with the highest degree of connection to the target were quercetin,naringenin,luteolin,etc.⑤The core targets of Huanglian Wendan Soup for the treatment of chronic gastritis and insomnia are concentrated in PPRG,TNF,IL10,IL6 and other targets associated with inflammatory response.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis both suggest that Huanglian Wendan Soup plays a therapeutic role in control infection,improve inflammatory response,regulate glycolipid metabolism and other ways are closely related.Conclusion:①Huanglian Wendan soup can effectively treat a series of diseases with phlegm heat accumulation.Professor LYU Wenliang mainly used it to treat insomnia and gastric distension.②He is good at medication,and has certain rules to follow in the change of compatibility and dosage of prescriptions.③Huanglian Wendan Soup treatment of chronic gastritis with insomnia has a certain theoretical basis,the treatment process is through multi-component,multi-target,multi-channel joint action.The main target and pathway are closely related to inflammatory response.
