The Clinical Effective And Advantages About The Intervention Of Sub-health State Neck Discomfort With Pressing Moxibustion

Objective:Objective evaluation the efficacy and advantage according to the way of pressing moxibustion intervention sub-health state neck discomfort.Methods:Choosing99cases by the way of related laboratory tests, physical examination and questionnaire, with clinical symptoms, a number of,indicators of scale science and infrared heat map, r take evaluation at appropriate time, to objective evaluation the way of pressing moxibustion.Results:The third day the comparision of symptoms scale integration between the pressing group and blank group is statistically significant (P<0.05);Intervention of the5th day.the comparation of symptoms scale integration by pressing and mild group with the blank group is statistically significant (P0.05); Intervention of the10nd day the NDI scale integration of all groups are statistically significant (P<0.05), but the SF36Scale integration of pressing group and mild moxibustion group there is no significant difference (P>0.05).The difference between before and after the intervention group NDI scale and SF36scale integral statistically significant (P<0.05), The NDI scale and SF-36scale integration of the blank group have no statistical difference (P>0.05).The total effectiveness of the pressing group is96.6%, mild moxibustion group93.8%, blank group45.2%, there is statistically significant among groups (P<0.05). Three groups of grade1and grade2safety scale to all for100%, there were no significant differences between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both the two treatment methods are effective,The pressing group got the better effect to intervention the sub-health state neck discomfort than mild moxibustion,the safety is the same; (2) The pressing group got faster in improving clinical symptoms than the mild moxibustion;(3) As time goes by, the clinical symptoms of sub-health state neck discomfort were gradually alleviate tendency, but in the quality of life not change significantly;(4) Based on infrared3D evaluation model can better applied to the sub-health neck discomfort clinic intervention, this evaluation scheme can be spreaded and exploitationedin the clinical.
