Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy, safety, and it’s mechanism of shenqizhuyaotang with Chinese drugs at theacupoint in curing the yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type’s diarrhoea (Diarrehea-predominant pattern irritable bowel syndrome);Method:60cases cases which are meeting study criteria are randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases in clinic order with Excel,The treatment group were given Chinese medicine shenqizhuyaotang with Chinese drugs at theacupoint, while control group were given bupiyiweiwan, we should give the two groups the treatment of psychological counseling and diet guidance,Observe the clinical effects of two groups after the two course;Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is90.00%, the control group is66.67%, The clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than control group with statistical significance and has statistically significant (P <0.05). Compare Syndromes curative effect of the two groups,After statistical analysis and processing, there is a significant difference (P <0.05); The treatment group in improving stool discharge Cold diarrhea and cold limbs, waist and knee pain, bowel and languid, morning after abdominal pain to xie, xie pain reduction and pulse condition is better than that in control group;Conclusion:shenqizhuyaotang with Chinese drugs at theacupoint can significantly improve the patients (D-IBS) of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type’s diarrhoeain in primary clinical manifestations and the life quality of patients, it has a significant effect, and it is safe.
