Clinical Studies Of Changqiang, Chengshan Acupuncture Point Catgut Embedding Method In Treating Patients With Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery Postoperative Pain

Object:To observe the effect of Changqiang, Chengshan acupuncture point catgut embed-ing method on57patients with Circumferential mixed hemorrhoids surgery pain.Methods:62patients were included,5patients stopped treatment in midway, and a total of57cases were eligible cases.57Circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients were divided into2groups at random; The treatment group was treated with external use Changqiang, Chengshan acupuncture point catgut embedding method; The control group was treated with external use Methylene blue local block therapy. The symptom as pain、 pain occurrence time、 pain disappeared time were chosen as the observing criterions. Which the pain score of VAS in preoperative, postoperativel,3,5,7,9days were observed and recorded the integral, and according to the grading standards for the overall efficacy and symptom curative effect comparison.Results:Comprehensive clinical evaluation of Treatment group:19cases were significantly effective;6patients were effective; the total effective rate:86.21%. Comprehensive clinical evaluation of Control group:8cases were significantly effective;12patients were effective; the total effective rate:71.43%. Two sets of comprehensive efficacy evaluation by the chi-square test.. Calculate the chi-square value is equal to7.98, P<0.05, The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. During defecation pain VAS score,two groups of patients treated for1days and7days of treatment group and control group of pain between VAS score difference, The treatment group VAS score were6.12±1.27and2.49±1.02, The control group VAS score were6.81±1.31and3.49±1.92, By the statistical analysis.P<0.05). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Treatment for3days and5days of treatment group and control group, there were significant differences between the pain scores of VAS(P<0.01).Postoperative pain occurrence time of treatment group (8.21±2.14h) than the control group (6.48±2.56h) in late(P<0.01). Treatment group (146.5±23.8h)after the time the pain disappeared earlier than in the control group(164.8±22.4h)(P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Changqiang, Chengshan acupuncture point catgut embedding method has no dermal sensitization.2.External application of Changqiang, Chengshan acupuncture point catgut embedding method on patients with Circumferential mixed hemorrhoids surgery has the fuction mainly for the alleviating pain. Changqiang, Chengshan acupuncture point catgut embedding method is a kind of effective Treatment method for Circumferential mixed hemorrhoids surgery patients.
