Objective:Under the guidance of TCM acupuncture theory,by using ElectroAcupuncture at Erbai,Chengshan, and Zusanli Points for pain patients after the mixed hemorrhoidectomy,to do clinical observation with a control group of ibuprofen and codeine phosphate tablets with definite therapeutic effectiveness,by using visual analogue scale(VAS)as therapeutic evaluation,we are able to explore a safe and reliable analgesic pathway for patients with postoperative pain.Method:The 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and control group 31 cases,on the basis of basic treatment. The treatment group is injected with a disposable acupuncture needle into the Erbai,Chengshan,Zusanli Points, then achieve the qi of acupuncture and take the dilatational wave of 2 HZ/100 HZ.The patients' acupoint muscle trembles slightly and is tolerated.Keep stimulating for 30 minutes. The control group is treated with ibuprofen and codeine phosphate tablets orally,2 tablets for the first time and 1 tablet for 6 hours follow suit. Then observe the analgesic effect before treatment and 1h,3h,6h,12 h and 24 h after treatment.Assess pain with visual analogue scale(VAS).At the same time record uroschesis, wound edema and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Put SPSS 22.0 statistical software package to use for data processing.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in VAS pain scores between the two groups before treatment and 1 and 12 hours after treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group 3h,6h and 24 h after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of wound edema and urinary retention at 24 h after treatment in both groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)In the treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 96.8%.In the control group,11 cases were effective,14 cases were effective, and 6 cases had a total effective rate of 80.6%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results suggested that the treatment group had better effects than the control group in terms of pain relief.(4)No obvious discomfort was observed in both groups during the observation of efficacy.Conclusion:Electro-Acupuncture at Erbai,Chengshan, and Zusanli Points for treatment of anal pain after hemorrhoid operation was significantly curative.Combining cranial acupuncture points,it plays a role in regulating Qi and blood, clearing meridians, and relieving pain.To a certain extent,it improves the quality of rehabilitation for patients.Due to the features of easiness of operation, safety, reliability, and practicality,it is worthwhile to be popular with patients after hemorrhoid operation.
