Objective:Observation embedding method with enhanced penetration acupuncture intervention ahead of the clinical efficacy of postoperative pain of hemorrhoids. Methods:Will be used to strengthen the penetration acupuncture intervention embedding method with41patients with advanced mixed hemorrhoid surgery Milligan test group of patients with long-acting anesthetic with compound methylene blue treatment of39cases of infiltrating mixed hemorrhoid surgery Milligan the control group patients according to postoperative pain during bowel movements, pain relief, pain duration, urination four observed indicators were observed and compared. Were recorded preoperative and postoperative pain VAS score1,2,4,7days and voiding scores, calculated according to the formula of pain relief, pain relief degrees. According to the assessment of pain and voiding the overall efficacy evaluation criteria.Results:(1) in the postoperative defecation pain VAS score comparison:the experimental group after treatment VAS score higher on day1, the first2,4,7days VAS scores than the control group at the same time segment, the two groups, with the exception Day2was no significant difference (P>0.05), the remaining three days were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).(2) test group2,4,7days after treatment, compared with the first one day compared to the degree of pain relief were higher than the same time period, the two groups, except for the first two days the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) the remaining two days were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).(3) the experimental group1and2days after treatment, duration of pain higher than the same time period, the first4,7days duration of pain than the control group at the same time segment, the two groups, except for the first two days was not statistically significance (P>0.05), the remaining three days the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) the experimental group after treatment1,2,4,7-day voiding scores were lower than the control group at the same time segment, the two groups, except for the first7days no significant difference (P>0.05), the remaining three days differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).(5) the overall analgesic efficacy evaluation:test group that were29cases,8cases,4cases, total effective rate90.24%; control group,17cases, effective in14cases,8cases total effective rate was79.49%. Voiding overall efficacy evaluation:test group of33cases markedly effective in4cases,4cases, the total efficiency90.24%; control group19cases,10cases, ineffective in10cases total efficiency of74.36%.Conclusion:Through thorns to strengthen ahead of intervention with embedding method can significantly reduce the patient’s pain and shorten the duration of pain, improved postoperative voiding, adverse reactions, clinical simple operation of the Act.
