Objective:The study of clinical epidemiology survey of255infertility patients in Jinan, Jinan, and Chengdu, Chengdu, with the help of mathematical statistical techniques in order to investigate the cause of infertility in different regions and TCM syndromes difference; passage through theclinical investigation to explore to designate typing to improve the syndromes of TCM, an analysis of the distribution of TCM syndromes, disease-oriented standardization of TCM, the removal side medication effective follow-up study tolay the foundation; and diseaserelated factors were analyzed to make exploratory study of the etiology and pathogenesis.Methods:According to Traditional Chinese Drug Guidelines for clinical research, clinical epidemiological study, designed infertility TCM syndromes Information Form under the guidance of instructors, from June2011to2011in Decembercollected from the Jinan Provincial Hospital Center for Reproductive; the second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological out-patient old Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine out-patient gynecology of the Chengdu Provincial people’s Hospital, Chengdu Provincial Center for Reproductive out-patient and ward of255cases were diagnosed as TCM syndromes of infertility in patients with four diagnostic information database syndromes, Pearson x2test and the nonparametric Kruskal-wallis H test methods of analysis and occupation, age and other factors; Logistic regression analysis was infertility, the impact of various factors were analyzed statistically.Results:Jinan, Chengdu TCM syndromes of infertility qi stagnation, kidney deficiency, Jinan region significantly more than the Chengdu region. Chengdu region and spleen deficiency, phlegm trapped resistive type, spleen and kidney deficiency type, the lower burner damp-heat, significantly more than in Jinan Province.Jinan primary infertility in the proportion; large proportion of secondary infertility in the Chengdu region. Primary infertility, tubal factor is the main reason for the Jinan region; ovulation disorder is the main reason of the Chengdu region. Secondary infertility, tubal factor in two regions of the main reasons, followed by ovulatory dysfunction.Jinan, Chengdu, previous pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, the possibility of chronic cervicitis in women suffering from infertility. Jinan region suffering from chronic cervicitis by a large proportion,the Chengdu region suffered from a large proportion of pelvic inflammatory disease.Jinan, Chengdu region in general, in terms of age, education level, personality, movement between the two places are located was no significant difference; in body mass index, place of residence, occupation, diet, sleep, pressure, duration of disease, menstrual flow, menstrual cycle aspects of the two distribution difference was statistically significant.
