Study On TCM Syndromes,Quality Of Life And Related Factors In Patients With Primary Infertility

Objectives:Through the general information on primary infertility patients,TCM syndromes and quality of life of the collection survey,To study the distribution of TCM syndromes and quality of life in patients with primary infertility,and to analyze the related factors influencing the distribution of TCM syndromes,to explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and quality of life,Infertility and clinical efficacy evaluation to provide new ideas and methods.Methods:Through a survey of 212 cases of primary infertility patients from December 2015 to November 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in gynecological clinic,the general situation of patients was collected.Quality status and other information.According to the general information,SF-36 score and TCM criteria to determine the standard,the quality of life of the various dimensions of the score and TCM syndromes related to the entry into the Excel form,the establishment of information database,the use of SPSS19.0 statistical software The statistical processing of them,and analyze the correlation between them.Results:(1)212 cases of primary infertility patients age distribution in the 28 to 34 years of age are more,accounting for 54.72%;academic distribution to college and above were the majority,accounting for 41.04%;occupational attributes of the distribution of more than mental work,accounting for 52.36 %;The distribution of living to the city-based,accounting for 68.40%;cause distribution of ovulation disorders infertility,accounting for 47.17%.(2)The study of 212 cases of primary infertility in patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndromes to complex card type and folder appear,including kidney deficiency and depression in 106 cases(50.00%),the highest proportion,followed by kidney deficiency phlegm type 36(Accounting for 16.98%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis in 26 cases(12.26%),kidney deficiency in 24 cases(11.32%),liver and blood stasis in 20 cases(9.43%).(3)212 cases of primary infertility patients with quality of life in all dimensions of the total score from high to low followed by physiological function(87.17 ± 11.62)?Social function(84.85 ± 15.28)?Physiological function(72.64 ± 25.07),body pain(69.50 ± 11.59),total health(65.54 ± 8.90),Vitality(63.21 ± 14.32),mental health(62.89 ± 13.58),emotional function(53.46 ± 31.19).(4)Kidney deficiency type,kidney deficiency phlegm type,kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,kidney deficiency type,liver depression blood stasis type in the physical health scores(using the mean ± standard deviation)were272.88±35.48?283.26±21.13?335.87±24.25?356.77±22.28?304.63±48.29,respectively;The scores on mental health(expressed as mean ± standard deviation)were 240.32 ± 58.82,280.93 ± 25.68,292.61 ± 34.36,308.92 ± 34.86,272.19 ± 30.60,respectively.(5)In the patients with primary infertility,the scores of the TCM syndromes were different in the SF-36,and the weight of the damaged function was different.The scores of the quality of life of the kidney were the lowest,and the scores were lower than those of the other TCM syndromes.Conclusions:(1)Primary infertility patients with TCM syndromes to complex syndrome and folder appear,of which the main type of kidney-based depression.(2)The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with primary infertility was correlated with patient qualifications,occupational attributes,and place of residence.There was no correlation with age,etiology,stress and other factors.(3)The quality of life of primary infertility has declined,especially in terms of emotional function,mental health and vitality.(4)The mental health of patients with primary infertility is affected.(5)There was a certain correlation between TCM syndromes and quality of life in patients with primary infertility.The scores of quality of life in patients with primary infertility were lower than those of other TCM syndromes,Quality of life is relatively low.
