Objective:This article collects 147 cases of ovulation disorder infertility patients with general symptom manifestations and tongue and pulse diagnosis information, and summarizes and analyzes the syndrome and syndrome characteristics of ovulation disorder infertility patients by referring to the principles of TCM syndrome differentiation. The fundamental pathogenesis of egg disorders infertility provides clinically more scientific syndrome types and treatment methods.Method:According to Professor Zhu Wenfeng's "Syndrome Dialectics" and referring to "the dialectical significance of 600 common symptoms",a TCM syndrome questionnaire was developed to collect basic information and four diagnosis information of patients with ovulation disorder infertility, and the collected information was entered into SPSS17.A database is established in the software. The frequency diagnosis method is used to summarize and summarize the four diagnosis information. The factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimensionality of the ovulation disorder infertility information and extract the disease position and disease syndrome.Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Summarize and summarize the distribution of disease position, disease syndromes and syndromes, and further deepen the underlying pathogenesis and treatment of ovulation disorders.Results:1.General situation: The average age of 147 patients with ovulatory infertility is 30.72 ± 3.77,and the number of patients between the ages of 29 and 35 is the largest, with a total of 93 cases, accounting for 63.27%;the disease duration is 1 year.A total of 78 cases, accounting for 53.06%.2.Distribution characteristics of the four diagnosis information: The frequencies that appear more frequently in the four diagnosis information are: physical obesity, backache, less menstrual flow, irritability, amenorrhea, and poor menstruation.3.Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements: The disease syndromes include kidney, spleen and liver;the disease syndromes include blood stasis,qi stagnation, heat, dampness, and yang deficiency.4.Syndrome distribution characteristics: Common syndromes include kidney deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome, liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome, and spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:1.Ovulatory infertility is common in 29?35 years old,and the distribution of patients in different age groups is different.2.The duration of ovulation disorders is mostly 1?2 years.3.The symptoms of ovulation disorder infertility are obesity and abnormal menstruation(less menstrual flow, amenorrhea, poor menstruation, delayed menstruation)are the most common.4.The pathological factors of ovulation disorder infertility are: kidney, liver, spleen;the pathological factors are: blood stasis,qi stagnation, dampness, heat, and yang deficiency;of which kidney is the most common pathological factor,Stasis is the most common disease syndrome.5.In this study, the symptoms of infertility due to ovulation disorders are divided into four categories: kidney deficiency and blood stasis, liver stagnation and qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and dampness, and spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Among them, kidney deficiency and blood stasis account for the highest proportion,42.18%.6.The pathogenesis of ovulation disorder infertility is more complicated, and most of them are syndromes of deficiency and solidness.Kidney deficiency is the most common cause, but at the same time, liver and spleen should be taken into account.Clinically, accurate diagnosis and treatment should be performed according to the symptoms of patients.
