"Human Infertility Medical Records of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine" according to the "Standards for the Diagnosis and Efficacy of TCM Syndrome Symptoms" and the "World Health Organization Manual for the Testing and Treatment of Male Infertility"(see Appendix).,Epidemiological investigations were conducted on infertility patients and normal fertile men attending male outpatient clinics.Create database according to Epidata3.1,record survey data, and use SPSS21.0 software for analysis.Results:1.Analysis of 817 male infertility patients and 101 healthy men revealed that male infertility related factors include:age, education, history of reproductive related, daily smoking, dietary preferences, beverage preferences, cell phone radiation, sitting position Clipping legs, working hours per week, day and night, stress, allergies, frequency of monthly sexual intercourse, impotence, premature ejaculation, nocturnal emission, height, weight, body mass index.Among them, the risk factors for this disease include age ? 31 years old, bachelor degree or above, previous history of reproduction-related diseases, day and night, greater pressure, allergies, nocturnal Deficiency syndrome+spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome+blood stasis syndrome(0.1%),kidney essence deficiency syndrome+kidney yin deficiency syndrome+liver qi stagnation syndrome(0.1%),kidney essence deficiency syndrome+liver qi stagnation syndrome+blood stasis syndrome(0.1%),kidney-yang deficiency syndrome+kidney yin deficiency syndrome+blood stasis syndrome(0.1%),altogether accounting for 11.5%.The number of syndromes with less than 10 occurrences of the total accounted for 1.9%.3.Based on the findings of the survey on the distribution of male infertility in this study,we analyzed the risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(P<0.05;OR>1)and found that:?Male infertility Renal insufficiency syndrome risk factors include:age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, existing history of reproductive related, day and night, greater pressure,obesity(BMI?23).Among them, the highest risk was between 36-40 years old(OR=25.875),followed by a bachelor degree or above(OR=11.42),a history of reproductive related history(OR=7.276),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=5.554).),greater pressure(OR=3.356),day and night(OR=2.029).?Male infertility The risk factors for the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome include:age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, history of reproductive related illness, greater stress, allergies, nocturnal emission, etc.Among them, the risk was highest among those aged 36-40(OR=35.65),followed by a bachelor degree or above(OR=11.5),a history of reproductive-related illness(OR=10.076),allergy(OR=8.27),and spermatorrhea(OR=6.209),greater pressure(OR=5.14).?The risk factors for male infertility kidney yin deficiency syndrome include:age ?31 years old, there is a history of reproductive related illness, day and night, greater pressure, allergies, nocturnal emission,obesity(BMI?23).Among them, the risk was highest among those aged 36-40(OR=43.125),followed by the history of reproduction-related history(OR=9.877),allergy(OR=8.588),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=7.98),nocturnal emission(OR=3.697),greater pressure(OR=2.748),day and night(OR=2.315).?The risk factors for male infertility with liver qi stagnation include age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, history of reproductive related illness, day and night, greater pressure, allergies, nocturnal emission, obesity(BMI ? 28).Among them, the risk was highest among those aged 36-40(OR=16.666),followed by allergies(OR=11.354),bachelor degree or above(OR=9.787),history of reproductive related history(OR=7.856),and greater stress.(OR=5.3590,nocturnal emission(OR=4.776),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=4.434).?The risk factors for male infertility hot and humid bet are:age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, previous history of reproductive relatedness, greater stress, allergies, nocturnal emission,obesity(BMI?23).Among them, the highest risk was between 36-40 years old, followed by bachelor degree or above(OR=32.2),allergy(OR=9.816),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=9.038),and history of reproductive-related illness(OR=8.829),spermatorrhea(OR=3.956),greater stress(OR=3.915).? The risk factors for spleen-stomach weakness in male infertility include age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, history of reproductive related illness, day and night, greater stress, allergies, and obesity(BMI?23).Among them, the risk was highest among those aged 36-40(OR=35.937),followed by allergies(OR=14.028),bachelor degree or above(OR=13.204),history of reproductive related history(OR=8.382),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=8.233),greater pressure(OR=4.242),day and night(OR=2.444).?Male infertility risk factors for blood stasis syndrome include:age?31 years old, engaged in mental work, there is a history of reproductive related past, greater pressure,obesity(BMI?23).Among them, the risk was highest among those aged 36-40(OR=51.75),followed by the history of reproductive related(OR=18.267),mental work(OR=5.943),obesity(BMI?28)(OR=5).,greater pressure(OR=3.724).Conclusion:1.Risk factors for male infertility include:age?31 years old, bachelor degree or above, previous history of reproductive relatedness, day and night, greater stress, allergies, nocturnal emission,obesity(BMI?23).2.Among the clinical TCM syndromes of male infertility, the single syndrome with the highest frequency is the kidney essence deficiency syndrome;the compound syndrome with the highest frequency is the kidney essence deficiency syndrome+hot and humid influx syndrome.3.The relationship between male infertility risk factors and TCM syndrome types:?Age?31 years old,the presence of past reproductive-related medical history, and greater stress can lead to any of the seven basic types of male infertility;?Bachelor degree or above, day and night, and allergies most easily lead to spleen and stomach weakness male infertility;?Obesity(BMI?23)is the most likely cause of hot and humid bet male infertility;?Spermatorrhea is the most likely to lead to male infertility with kidney-yang deficiency;?Brain work is the easiest cause of blood stasis type male infertility.
