| Objective: Through clinical case retrospective analysis clinical data of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,analyzed the influence of related factors on the pregnancy outcome and explore the factors affecting the infertility of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and TCM syndrome type analysis,provide evidences for clinical prevention and clinical basis for further study of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of infertility PCOS and the research mentality.Methods: A total of 132 PCOS infertile patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the gynecological outpatient department of the Fourth Clinical College of Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019.Retrospective analysis was conducted on the influence of factors such as age,education level,history of childbirth,history of abortion,BMI,bad living habits,history of uterine operation,history of pelvic inflammatory disease,dysmenorrhea,history of medication on pregnancy outcome,and combined with TCM syndrome type to explore the formulation and medication rules of TCM in the treatment of PCOS infertility patients.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in age,education level,bad living habits,history of pelvic inflammatory disease,dysmenorrhea and history of western medicine between pregnant group and non-pregnant group(P>0.05).(2)There were significant differences in BMI and history of intrauterine operation between pregnant group and non-pregnant group(P<0.05),and there were significant negative effects on BMI and history of intrauterine operation.(3)Traditional Chinese medicine curative effect is more obvious for infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency dialectically.Conclusion: BMI and history of intrauterine operation are important factors affecting infertility in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Clinically,patients can lose weight and appropriately reduce intrauterine operation to improve pregnancy rate according to the results of the above studies.In addition,TCM has a more significant effect on patients with kidney deficiency. |
