Objective:To assess the clinical effect and the impact of gastric electrical rhythm of Huosha oral liquid in the treatment of non-atrophic gastritistype with retention of phlegmatic dampness-type in the fullness of disease.Materials and Methods:66patients which Chinese medicine diagnosis of retention of phlegmatic dampness-type fullness disease and Western medicine diagnosis of chronic non-atrophic gastritis were divided into treatment group (Huosha oral liquid) and control group (taking triple medicine) by randomized block grouping method, after1week of treatment, the changes were observed and recorded in clinical symptoms and the impact of gastric electrical rhythm before and after treatment, the differences were analysis and comparison in instatistical methods.Results:(1)The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group patients of fullness were78.79%and81.81%, for the two results showed not obviously difference in clinical efficacy (P>0.05).(2) The total change symptoms score before and after treatment was significant difference (P<0.05).(3)The gastric electric rhythm in the treatment group patients has changed after treatment, and has statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)During the research stage no adverse reactions were reported. Conclusion:The medicine of Huosha oral liquid has a good efficacy and safety work in non-atrophic gastritis with fullness disease; It has correlation between the change of symptoms and gastric electrical rhythm, but the mechanism needs further study.
