Objective:We observe the clinical effect of Huosha oral liquid for D-IBS and its influence on the electric rhythm of colon. Methods:60patients who met the diagnostic criteria of D-IBS was divided into two groups in random.30patients in treating group were treated by Huosha oral liquid.30patients in control group were treated by pinaverium bromide. And all the patients have an electrointestinogram examination before and after the treatment. Besides,20health people were chosen for health control group and only were given an electrointestinogram examination. Observation of the two groups before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and changes of intestinal electrographic changes.Results:1.There was a significant difference of symptoms score before and after the treatment in the treating group (P<0.01). The treatment group and the control group in the clinical efficiency and symptom scores improved without significant difference.2.Compared with the health control group, there was a significant difference of electrointestinogram in the treating group and control group (P<0.05).3.Comparing the electrointestinogram before and after the treatment in the treating group, the electric power of transverse colon, descending colon and sigmoid colon were of significant difference(P<0.01).The electric power of ascending colon and the Frequency of ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon and sigmoid colon were no significant difference.4. There was no occurrence of adverse event in the experiment. Conclusions:Huosha oral liquid is safe and efficacious for D-IBS and on the intestinal electrical rhythm has a negative regulatory role.
