| Objective:To observe the Huosha peros fluid’s clinical efficacy of treatment to Cold dampness disturbing spleen syndrome in patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and the impact of gastric electrical slow-wave power, to evaluate objectively the Huosha peros fluid’s clinical efficacy, and explore its impact of gastric electrical slow-wave power furtherly and the effect of possible pharmacological mechanism.Methods: Divided the patients in clinic into the treatment group (Huosha peros fluid) and control group (omeprazole Talcid mosapride) randomly.then there were30cases in each group, all of the patients were administered for1weeks, to observe1weeks later the changes of the primary symptom,and fasting electro-gastrogram gastric electric power, then using statistical to analysis the difference of each index between the two groups.Results:(1)After the treatment group was administered for1weeks later, the clinical symptoms of Cold dampness disturbing spleen syndrome in patients with CAG were improved significantly, and the symptom score between before and after treatment was significant different (P<0.05);(2) there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in comprehensive effect (P>0.05);(3) the gastric electric power of Cold dampness disturbing spleen syndrome in patients with CAG were significantly lower after treatment than before (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) Huosha peros fluid can significantly improve the Cold dampness disturbing spleen syndrome in patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with abdominal distension, abdominal pain, loss of appetite and other symptoms.(2) Huosha peros fluid has a negative regulatory role on the fasting gastric electric power with Cold dampness disturbing spleen syndrome in patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis.(3) Huosha peros fluid with good safety,the test process never found any adverse drug reaction. |
