The Clinical Effect And The Impact Of Electrogastrogram Of Huosha Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Retention Of Phlegmatic Dampness-type

Objective:To assess the clinical effect and the impact of electrogastrogram of Huosha oral liquid in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with retention of phlegmatic dampness-type, investigating the possible pharmacological effects of Huosha oral liquid.Materials and Methods:60patients which Chinese medicine diagnosis of retention of phlegmatic dampness-type and Western medicine diagnosis of functional dyspepsia were divided into treatment group (Huosha oral liquid) and control group (taking triple medicine) by randomized block grouping method. After a week, to observe and record the changes in clinical symptoms and the impact of electrogastrogram, The before and after treatment were analysis and comparison in statistical methods.Results:1. The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group patients were86.67%and90.00%respectively, for the two results showed not obviously difference in clinical efficacy (P>0.05).2. In the treatment group, the total clinical symptoms score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).3. The gastric electric rhythm and electrical power in the treatment group patients had remarkably declined than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The Huosha oral liquid had relieved the symptoms like big belly, early satiety and so on from patients of functional dyspepsia with retention of phlegmatic dampness-type.2. The Huosha oral liquid have negative regulatory effects to electric rhythm and electrical slow-wave power3. During the research stage no adverse reactions were reported.
