ObjectiveThrough study of the anatomical locking compression plate (LCP) and Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation (PFNA) Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric FractureIn Oldage toanalyze and evaluated its clinical efficacy.MethodsIn this study,50cases of patients with intertrochanteric fracture were followed-up,25cases of patients were treated by proximal femoral anatomical locking compression plate,25cases of patients were treated by PFNA method. Incision length, operative time, blood loss, hospital days, postoperative weight-bearing time, postoperative drainage, indicators of postoperative complications were observed. The number of fracture healing cases, fracturehealing rate and fracture healing time were evaluated in12weeks and6months after postoperative,and the recovery of hip function was observed, the results are statistically analyzed.ResultsThrough statistical analysis, Incision length, operative time, amount of bleeding, hospital days, postoperative weight-bearing time, hemorrhage after operationand and complications of operationin PFNA group compare with in anatomical locking plate groupwere significantly different (P<0.05); There was no significantly different in fracturehealing rate and fracture healing time in12weeks and6months after postoperative the differences between PFNA group and anatomical locking plate group(P>0.05)ConclusionPFNA was the advantages than anatomical locking plate with small incision, short operation time, less bleeding, postoperative weight-bearing early, less complication and functional recovery of the hip joint, is currently reliable fixation mode to reatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.
