The Effects Of Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-Rotation(PFNA) For Treatment Of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective:Retrospective analysis of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracturesand dynamic hip screw(DHS) for the control group compared with statistical analysis,evaluation PFNA intertrochanteric fracture treatment of the clinical efficacy for future research deeper to provide a basis and to promote a systematic summary of the internal fixation of clinical experience.Methods:In this study,theoretical research on the part of the system of Chinese medicine and modern medicine of intertrochanteric fracture of the relevant anatomy,incidence,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis, biomechanics and treatment methods.In this study,selection of 40 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients, the test group 20 cases,20 cases of the control group,Used separately the DHS and PFNA.Observation of the two operative time,bleeding situation,postoperative complications,hospitalization days,follow-up of patients with fracture healing time,the use of Harris hip score criteria to assess risk of hip function,assessment of therapeutic effect PFNA.Results:Test group and control group the operation time,blood loss compared with the volume of significant differences(P＜0.01),postoperative complications,efficacy score was statistically significant compared with the difference(P＜0.05),efficacy of PFNA was superior to the efficacy of DHS.PFNA treatment are the advantages of simple operation,trauma and fracture fixation,less complications and postoperative patients may be early fiom bed load and more in line with the principles of biological fixation.Conclusion:In this study,consider PFNA applies to all types of intertrochanteric fracture,in particular,are combined osteoporosis unstable program of choice for surgery is a treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of the ideal inethod,it is worth for clinical use.
