| Objective: To Study the Therapeutic effects of femoral intertrochanteric fracturetreated with proximal femoral nail anti-rotation. To provide reliable theoretical basis forfuture clinical treatment. Methods: Based on the physiological anatomy, incidence, etiology and pathogenesis, classification, biological mechanics to expound the understanding of the Chinese medicineand modern medicine for femoral trochanter fracture systematically. A retrospective cohortwere performed for36PFNA routine internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture admittedto the orthopaedic trauma of Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliatedhospital between June2011and June2012. Evaluation were made in terms of the woundlength, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, complications afteroperation and Harris hip score. Results: The observations of intraoperative situation: the average length of incisionwas7.08±0.26cm, bleeding volume was104.69±0.49ml, operation time was57.58±075minutes. The results after operation: Patients’ hospital stay time by an average of19.19±0.83days, in the follow-up of6-12month, All subjects were healed, no varus, infection, fixation loosening and other complications, Harris score displayed excellent in29cases,good in5cases, the excellent and good rate was94.4%.Conclusion: PFNA in the treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with simpleoperation, small trauma, fixation, less complication and curative effect is a method worth promoting in clinical treatment, especially in patients with severe osteoporosis andinstability fracture. |
