Objective:To research the relations between the uses of antibacterial agents and the rate of the resistant pathogens in hospital for five years, and to analysis the correlation between frequency(DDDs)of antibacterial agents and the changes of bacterial resistance. So that we could guide the clinical doctors to use antibacterial agents more rationally and control the growth of bacterial resistance efficientlyMethod:1. Using the retrospective analysis method to survey the research hospital bacteria resistant situation and the changes of the resistant from September2007to September2011.2.Using the hospital computer management software retrieval of the type of antibacterial agents, the stock-out amount, the amount and through the daily dose limit (DDD) method, we can analysis the dosed of antibacterial agents for hospitalized patients in a hospital from September2007to June2011to calculate of all kinds of antibacterial agents use DDDs for each quarter and to draw all kinds of total antibacterial agents DDDs.3. According to bacereia resistant hysteresis principle, we select each of antibacterial agents DDDs from July2007to June2011and research hospitals common clinical gram-negative and gram-positive pathogenic bacteria resistant changes situation from October2007to September2011, Using the SPSS13.0statistics software statistical analysis DDDs of antibacterial agents changes and the correlation between changes in the drug-resistant bacteria, and multiple linear regression method for analysis.Results:1. In Clinical, common gram-negative and gram-positive to all kinds of pathogens antimicrobial resistance of the whole are rising, although glycopeptides and carbapenem antibiotics resistant rate were raised, it is still better sensitivity in use of some pathogenic bacteria. In Clinical, the penicillin antibiotics on pathogenic bacteria, keep the high resistance resistance.2. Though analysis the use of antibacterial agents and consumption amount of hospital, the third-generation, second-generation of cefazolin antimicrobial and β-gave n-phenylimide class/enzyme inhibitors are listed in the top three. In addition to penicillin kinds and aminoglycoside antibiotics decreased year by yearly, quinolone drugs remained stable outside, the third generation of cefazolin antimicrobial had been located in the first place, other the antimicrobial drugs of use and sum and DDDs are rising.3. The DDDs of antibacterial agents and resistant bacteria correlation showed that the relationship is complicated, but obviously there was a certain correlation. The narrow spectrum penicillins and the generation cephalosporins, its consumption with bacterial resistance rate changed and maintained a high resistance resistance. Increased the carbapenem DDDs and there are bacterial drug resistance rate correlation.Conclusions:1. In common gram-positive Staphylococcus is the most sensitive to Vancomycin. It shows that sugar antimicrobial is best choice in treatment staphy lococcus infections of MDR2. In common gram-negative bacteria, though the resistant of escherichia coli bacteria、 Klebsiella pneumoniae、Acinetobacter baumannii、Enterobacter cloacae、 pseudomonas aeruginosa to Carbapenems and β-gave n-phenylimide/enzyme inhibitors class have increased, but they are still have good sensitivity.3. The use and consumption sum of the hospital antimicrobial drug are rising, the three generations of cephalosporins and the second generation cephalosporin and β-gave n-phenylimide/enzyme inhibitors are main one in anti-infection treatment in2007-2011.4. The use of antibacterial agents and antimicrobial resistant bacteria is significant linear correlation and mostly positive.
