Objective:By investigating the supply lists of antibacterial drugs, sales of antibacterial drugs, use of antibacterial drugs in outpatients, use of antibacterial drugs in inpatients, use of antimicrobial drugs in Class I incision surgery, and changes in bacterial resistance in a tertiary hospital from 2016 to 2018,to analyze whether the variety of antimicrobial drugs in the grade-three hospital meets the requirements of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and meets the needs of clinical medicine;analyze the effectiveness of the hospital's management of antimicrobial drugs;analyze the sensitivity of common pathogens in clinical clusters to antimicrobial drugs. The changes will provide a basis for the next step to continue to strengthen clinical antibacterial drug management.Methods:1.Compare the antibacterial drug supply catalogue of the hospital with the regulations of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, and analyze whether the hospital's antibacterial drug varieties and product specifications meet the national requirements;by comparing and analyzing the antimicrobial drug consumption data of the hospital Effectiveness of antimicrobial management.2.Extract the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinics of the grade-threel hospitals, analyze the trend of the use rate of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinics, the rationality of the use of antibacterial drugs in outpatient clinics, and the effect of hospitals on antibacterial drug management.3.Extract the use of in-patient antimicrobial drugs in the hospital, analyze the trend of in-patient antimicrobial use,the rationality of in-patient antimicrobial use and the effectiveness of the hospital's antimicrobial management.4.Analyze the use of class I incision antibacterial drugs in the grade-three hospital during the perioperative period, analyze the change trend of the use rate of class I incision antibacterial drugs, the rationality of the use of class I incision antibacterial drugs and the hospital's antibacterial drugs Manage the results achieved.5.The susceptibility rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecium,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumoniae to antibacterial drugs in the hospital from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed and statistically analyzed.Results:1.The variety and product regulations of the hospital's antibacterial drug supply catalogue meet the national requirements. The proportion of the amount of antibacterial drugs used in the hospital has been on a downward trend for three consecutive years.2.The use rate of outpatient antimicrobial drugs in the hospital in 2016,2017,and2018 is significantly different compared with the same period of the same period and showed a downward trend, but it is still higher than the national prescribed value by20%.3.The hospital's use rate of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals in 2016,2017,and 2018 was significantly different compared with the same period of the same period and showed a downward trend.4.The use rate of antimicrobial drugs for Class I incision surgery in the hospital in2016,2017 and 2018 has decreased year by year, but it is still higher than the national prescribed value by 30%.5.The sensitivity rates of several common clinical pathogens Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecium,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Klebsiella pneumoniae to antibacterial drugs has increased year by year in the hospital. Conclusion:The antimicrobial drug varieties and product regulations of the antimicrobial drug supply catalogue of this grade-three hospital meet the national requirements, and the proportion of antimicrobial drug use has decreased year by year. From 2016 to 2018,the outpatient antimicrobial use rate, inpatient antimicrobial use rate, the use rate of antimicrobial drugs for Class I incision surgery has shown a downward trend year by year, and the sensitivity rate of clinical common pathogens to antimicrobial drugs has increased year by year. This shows that the hospital is very effective in the management of antibacterial drugs. At present, the use rate of antimicrobial drugs in outpatient clinics and the use rate of antimicrobial drugs for Class I incision surgery are greater than the requirements of the national regulations. The hospital should continue to increase the management of antimicrobial drugs.
