Melanosis Coli Detection And Traditional Chinese Medical Pathogenesis Research

Objective: Using Olympus electronic colonoscopy for the detection of colorectalmelanosis,the detected information for statistical analysis, through the investigation ofpatients with history of drug analysis of melanosis coli and the correlation of Chinesemedicine,in order to further clarify the Chinese herbal medicine on the effects of colonmelanosis melanosis coli,put forward Chinese medicine pathogenesis,as melanosis coliprevention provide certain theory foundation.Methods:From October1,2010to October1,2011in the Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Olympus (modelCV260)electronic colonoscopy enteroscopy patient data. Statistics of melanosis colidetection rate,application software SPSS(19.0) on a data line chi-square and t testanalysis.Combination of colonoscopy with clinical syndrome differentiation the TCMpathogenesis.Results:Melanosis coli detection rate was4.34%,more women than men (P＜0.05), older than the young high detection rate (P <0.05);constipation of patients with melanosiscoli risk is generally one of melanosis coli risk6.2times,taking laxatives with melanosiscoli than those not taking any risk risk melanosis coli risk was14.4times higher;patientswith medication time and microscopic melanosis significantly related (third degree andgrade I, II of P＜0.05).Conclusions:Melanosis coli increased incidence with age,more women thanmen;constipation and taking traditional Chinese medicine cathartic pathogenic risk than themasses;Colorectal melanosis melanosis and substantially continuous application of herbal laxative related.Traditional Chinese Medical pathogenesis of melanosis coli,may beattributed to the attack led to the”dirty virtual”.Syndrome differentiation of lungdeficiency,spleen deficiency for five cards:liver,kidney,heart,virtual.
