Clinical Study On Treating Children’s Asthmatic Bronchitis Wheezing With Cold-heat Jumble With The She Gan Ma Huang Chai Hu Particles

Objective: Observe the the treatment effect of the she gan ma huang chai hu particlesto the children’s Asthmatic bronchitis wheezing with cold-heat jumble.Methods: Allcases material is chosen from the children who sick asthmatic bronchitis treated in thepediatric clinic of Jinan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March2011toFebruary2012.60children patients who sick Asthmatic bronchitis are randomly dividedinto trial group and control group. Each group have30people, One group are treated byshe gan ma huang chai hu particles, One group are treated by qing ke ping chuanparticles, Treatment for seven days, evaluate the symptom scores of the two groups ofchildren before and after treatment. Observe the treatment effect of the she gan ma huangchai hu particles to the signs and symptoms of the children who sick asthmatic bronchitiswheezing with cold-heat jumble.And analysis the results with the statisticssoftware.Results: The clinical curative effect after statistics processing of the two groupschildren have statistical significance （P<0.05）. The treatment group are better thancontrol. Before treatment,treatment group and control group don’t have obviousdifference in primary integral, time disease integral, primary and secondary disease totalcredit and illness weight. The treatment group in the coughing, wheezing, wheezing soundand other major symptoms improve is better than the control group. the outcome has astatistical significance. In the complexion, on the food situation, the mental state, situationof urine and defecate in order to improve disease are also better than control. theoutcome also has a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: She gan ma huang chaihu particles has a clear treatment effect to the children’s Asthmatic bronchitis wheezing with cold-heat jumble,and worth for further research and promotion.
