Declared San Thanh Hoa Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Bronchitis, Clinical Study Of Cold In The Heat Syndrome

Objective: To study XuanSanQingHuaFa(XSQHF)'s clinic therapeutic effect on external Cold and internal Heat zheng of acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis. Method: To adopt random ,both blind, many centre and positively comparaive method, select 120 qualified cases and divided randomly them into two groups, and go on clinic observation., including treated group of MaQinZhiKe(MQZK) syrup 60 and control group 60 of FuFangManShanHongZhiKe(MSHZK) syrup. Result: In the treated group, the command and marked curative effective rate is 61.67%, and the total effective is 95.00%; in the control group ,the command and marked curative effective rate and the total effective are separarely 55.00% and 90.16%. There aren't statistic significance by comparing (p>0.05). So the treated group had similar effection with the contra! group, but the percent of the treat group is taller than the control's.Conclusion: XSQHF can marked control the clinic symptom and sign of external Cold and internal Heat zheng of acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis, and has similar effection with MSHZK syrup. It means that MQZK syrup of XSQHF can be selected to treat external Cold and internal Heat zheng of acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis.
