Clinical Study Of Modified Zuojinxiexintang In The Treatment Of Cold And Heat Mixed Type Of BRG

Objectives: Observation of effects of Zuojin Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of thecold-heat jumble of bile reflux gastritis clinical efficacy, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptomsof the patients, the efficacy of display: experimental group total effective rate was96.67%,compared to the control group in the total efficiency was80%, the effect of two groups byrank sum test, P <0.05, the test group was more effective than the control group. Under theeffect of gastroscopy: experimental group total effective rate was93.33%, total effectiverate was76.67%in control group, two groups of efficacy by rank sum test, P <0.05,experimental group is better than that of control group.Results: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction could obviously improve the clinical symptoms ofthe patients, clinical symptoms: control group, the total efficiency of96.67%for theexperimental group, the total efficiency of80%, two groups of the rank sum test, P <0.05,the test group was more effective than the control group; under the effect of gastroscopy:control group, the total efficiency of93.33%the test group, the total efficiency of76.67%,two groups of the rank sum test, P <0.05, experimental group is better than that of controlgroup.Conclusion: Zuojin Xiexin Decoction and Weilikang particles on the cold-heatjumble of bile reflux gastritis has good curative effect, and Zuojin Xiexin Decoctioncurative effect is better than that of Weilikang, worthy of further research and promotion.
