The Clinical Effect Of Flavored Dingchuan Decoction On Asthmatic Bronchitis (Phlegm Heat Obstructing The Lung) In Child

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis of phlegm heat obstructing the lung cough,wheezing,wheezing sound in the throat symptoms.Methods:64 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis(phlegm heat in the lung)of sick children,during the actual clinical study,4 cases were dropped off 2 cases(treatment group,1 cases,treatment and other research during the observation period excluding 1 cases lost;2 in the control group.The cases in which compliance the poor can not accept oral Decoction for treatment of 2 cases),the actual completion of the final number of cases were 60 cases,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases of treatment group received oral Jiaweidingchuan soup,the control group of 30 patients treated with oral xiaoerfeire Kechuan granules,a course of 7 days.According to the integral quantification of symptoms before and after treatment,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms and total scores were evaluated,the experimental data are treated by SPSS 19.0,before and after the treatment,the symptom score and total score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Result:1.after 1 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the data analysis,treatment and comparison,P<0.05,statistical significance.2.two groups of children before and after treatment compared,in the total score and single main disease score(cough,wheezing,sputum sputum wheezing)decreased significantly,with statistical significance,t test,P<0.05,statistical significance.Conclusion:1,Jiaweidingchuan soup’ in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis(phlegm heat in the lung)has good clinical curative effect.2,Jiaweidingchuan soup in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis(phlegm heat in the lung)can effectively relieve or eliminate cough,wheezing,wheezing sound in the throat of clinical symptoms and signs.
