Effect Of Renewed Xuefuzhuyu Decoction On The Level Of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP In Athenosclenosis Rats

Objective：To study the effect of Renewed Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on the level ofMMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP in Atherosclerosis Rats.Methods：65SPF Wistar male rats, the average weight200±5g,were randomlydivided into five groups:the blank group,model group,renewed xuefuzhuyu decoction inlow dose group(The crude drug concentration0.6g/ml)and high dose group（The crudedrug concentration1.2g/ml）,western medicine group(Atorvastatin Calcium).Except theblank group, other groups were made into AS model by feeding high-fat diet and injectingvitamin D3into abdominal cavity. The rats were given irrigation stomach at thebeginning:the blank group and model group need distilled water to be irrigatedstomach;Chinese medicine group need decoction to be irrigated stomach; western medicinegroup need Atorvastatin Calcium and distilled water to be irrigated stomach. After8weeks,MMP-9、TIMP-1in serum were measured by using ELISA,CRP in serum wasmeasured by using immune nephelometry. The intima and media thickness of thoracicaortic was measured through microscope, and then observe the change of thoracic aorticpathology through microscope.Results：Compared with the blank group，the thoracic intima and media thickness ofthe model group is markedly thicked,and the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP are high inthe model group（P＜0.01）,confirming the atherosclerosis rats model were madesuccessfully；compared with the model group, the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP islow in the renewed xuefuzhuyu decoction in low dose group and high dose group and thewestern medicine group（P＜0.05）;compared with the western medicine group, the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP is high in the renewed xuefuzhuyu decoction in low dosegroup（P＜0.05）, the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP has no difference in the renewedxuefuzhuyu decoction in high dose group（P＞0.05）; compared with the renewedxuefuzhuyu decoction in low dose group, the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP is low inthe renewed xuefuzhuyu decoction in high dose group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Renewed XuefuZhuyu Decoction can reduce the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1and CRP in AS, inhibit the immune inflammatory reaction, prevent the formationof AS.
