Objective: through the new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction and Xuefuzhuyu Decoction foratherosclerosis (Atherosclerosis, AS) comparison of the effect of hs_CRP, ETin rats, compared to two for intervention of atherosclerosis, thedemonstration of new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction advantage.Methods: male Wistar SPF rats40adaptive feeding for1weeks, were randomlydivided into4groups,10rats in each group, respectively, the blank controlgroup, model control group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group, new XuefuzhuyuDecoction group. Establishment of animal model with Vitamin D3combined withhigh lipid feed method, the control group was given normal feed, the othergroup was fed with high fat diet (1%cholesterol,0.5%formula consists of0.2%sodium cholate, propylthiouracil,5%lard,93.4%common feedcomposition).3days after intraperitoneal injection of high-fat diet fed ratsby a total dose of700000units of VitD3/kg (experiment first,4,10days),and control group were given equal volume of saline intraperitoneal injection.The first day of the experiment medication, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group weregiven Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction suspension10ml/(kg, d) by gavage; new XuefuzhuyuDecoction group were given new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction suspension10ml/(kg,d) by gavage; blank control group, model control rats were given distilledwater10ml/(kg, D) by gavage. Weighed once a week, according to the weightchange and adjust the dosage, continuous observation of8weeks. After8weeks,with10%chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection of4.5ml/kg anesthesia,the blood from the abdominal aorta, using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA method) to measure the serum hs_CRP, ET levels in rats. The thoracicaortic3-5cm, fixation, staining, changes of aorta were observed under opticalmicroscope, measuring the intimal thickness.Results: compared with the blank control group, model control group aortic intimal thickness increases, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); compared with the model group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group, newXuefuzhuyu Decoction group aortic intimal thickness decreased, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05); and Xuefuzhuyu Decoction comparedwith the group, the new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group aortic intimal thicknessdecreased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); thelevels of serum hs_CRP, ET content, model control group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctiongroup, new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction showed higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctiongroup, new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction showed lower than those in the model group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); rat serum ET content,new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction group was less than that of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctiongroup, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); rats serumhs_CRP levels, new Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group was less than that of XuefuZhuyu Decoction group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction could reduce theserum hs_CRP, ET content, arteriosclerosis rats ameliorate atherosclerosis,new Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on atherosclerotic aortic intimal thickness ratimprovement may be advantageous, the ET is less than that of Xuefu ZhuyuDecoction.
