Objective:The form of a questionnaire, conducted an epidemiological study Lingxian of SunVillage, primary hypertension and prehypertension, the linear regression model of theLiver Yang Ascending Syndrome type of TCM constitution as essential hypertension inrural areasideas and the basis for data collectionMethods:(1)Standard desktop mercury sphygmomanometer, measured twice blood pressure andtake the average, if the average blood pressure value>=140/90mmHg, fill in thequestionnaire.(2) Data Entry to Excel table, and calculate the score and physical classification ofLiver Yang Ascending Syndrome and determine.(3) A multiple linear regression model using the SPSS statistical software, combinedwith the clinical investigation to explore its significanceResults:(1) In this study, a total of83questionnaires, mean age56years,42males and41females, taking antihypertensive drugs by34people, accounting for40.96%of the totalrespondents. There is51cases of grade1hypertension,24cases of grade2hypertension,and8casesof grade3hypertension.(2) The mean body mass index of24.3kg/m2,24kg/m2as obese boundaries, there are46people obese,55.45percent of the total number.(3) Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis of physical factors included in theregression equation to a total of three, namely, yin deficiency, phlegm and Qi deficiency. The three constitutional types in the regression equation in the non-standardized coefficients were5.925,5.771,4.704, standardized coefficients were1.028,1.167,1.152.Conclusion:(1) The survey population age overall high, balanced sex ratio was significantlyhigher treatment rates of hypertension medication rate24.7%compared to2002statistics.But was limited by the village some young hypertensive population missing, results maybe biased.(2) High body mass index (BMI) shows a certain relationship between obesity andhypertension.(3) TCM constitutions associated with Liver Yang Ascending Syndrome of essentialhypertension are yin deficiency, phlegm, qi deficiency.(4) Male TCM constitution associated with Liver Yang Ascending Syndrome ofessential hypertension are yin deficiency, phlegm, qi quality. And women are yin deficiency, phlegm, qi deficiency.
