Construction Of Core Competency Evaluation Index System For Stroke Specialized Nurses In China

ObjectiveBased on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on stroke nursing,specialized nurses and senior practical nurses,relying on the national training program of China Nursing Association and the foundation of nursing practice in China,this paper preliminarily constructs the evaluation index system of the core competence of stroke specialized nurses in line with China’s national conditions,so as to select,cultivate and standardize stroke specialized nurses.The curriculum provides a strong basis to promote the further development of stroke nursing.Methods1.Through the methods of literature research and Personal interview,we interviewed the clinical nurses,nursing managers,stroke clinicians and stroke patients who have been engaged in stroke nursing for more than 5 years and obtained the certificate of registered nurse in some tertiary general hospitals such as Beijing,Wuhan and Shanghai,and preliminarily constructed the sensitive index system of core competence of stroke specialist nurses.2.The Delphi method was applied to 32 experts for multiple rounds of inquiry,and finally the evaluation index system of core competence of stroke nurses was established.3.Statistical methods:WPS 2016,SPSS 21.0 and other statistical software are used to input,analyze and process the data;questionnaire response rate(RR)is used to express the expert positive coefficient;judgment coefficient(CA)and familiarity degree(CS)are used to calculate the expert authority coefficient(CR);measurement data at all levels are described by maximum value,minimum value,mean,standard deviation,etc.;coefficient of variation(CV)and Kendall harmony coefficient(Kendall)W)The reliability of the scale was tested by internal consistency test;Determining the weight of the first level index with the method of priority diagram.P < 0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.ResultsAfter several rounds of expert correspondence,the evaluation index system of core competence of stroke nurses was established,including 6 first level indexes,24 second level indexes and 74 third level indexes.Among them,experts have a high degree of concern and enthusiasm,and the recovery rate of several rounds of correspondence is100%.The authority coefficient Cr is more than 0.85,and after several rounds of expert consultation and modification,the opinions of all experts are more consistent.The coefficient of variation(CV)is reduced from 0-0.337 to 0-0.248,and the Kendall harmony coefficient(W)of all indexes is increased from 0.686-0.831 to 0.751-0.921,and P < 0.001.ConclusionThe evaluation index system of core competence of stroke specialist nurses constructed in this study has a high degree of expert authority and good consistency,which can provide a comprehensive and systematic reference for the training of stroke specialist nurses,and also play a guiding role in the training of stroke specialist nurses.
