Clinical Research On Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia With Qing Fei Hua Tan Decoction And Changes In The Level Of PCT

Objective:The aim of the study was to observe the clinical effects of the atomization treatment of the patients on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) of the type of phlegm heat obstructing lung with Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction,survey the level changes of PCT,and discuss the clinical safety and efficacy of its.Method:66VAP patients were randomly divided into two groups,one is test group and the number is34,the other is control group and the number is32.The control group were treat with antibiotics imipenem cilastatin sodium and ambroxol.The test group were added treat with nebulization therapy of Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction.Then compare and analyze the clinical efficacy and the level changes of PCT.Results:1.The test group is superior to the control group in body temperature、traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(P<0.05);and better in leucocyte count、APACHE scores(P<0.01).2.The test group is better than the control group in lowering the level of PCT(P<0.05).3.No observed significant adverse reactions were found during the period of the treatment of VAP with Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction.Conclusion:1.Nebulization therapy of Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction combined with Western Medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of VAP patients.2.Nebulization therapy of Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction combined with Western Medicine can lower the level of PCT and APACHE scores.3.No observed significant adverse reactions were found during the period of the treatment of VAP with nebulization therapy of Qing Fei Hua Tan decoction which combined with Western Medicine.
