Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type By Using Conger Eight Acupoint

Purpose:Sudden deafness is one of the common clinical diseases,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is a common method to treat this disease at present.The most commonly used method in traditional Chinese medicine is the oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and acupuncture treatment is also commonly used clinically,with good curative effect.Combined with the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine and many years’ clinical experience,this paper studies the patients with poor curative effect,compares the hearing state and quality of life of the patients before and after treatment,and preliminarily discusses the clinical curative effect and advantages of Conger Eight Points on sudden deafness of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,in order to find an effective treatment method to improve the quality of life of the patients.Material and method : Sixty patients with sudden deafness who did not improve or improved after 14 days of routine Western medicine treatment were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients with sudden deafness were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Glucocorticoid was injected intravenously with mecobalamin tablets in the treatment group.Observe and record auricular acupuncture and eight-point therapy before and after treatment.Determine the results of pure tone audiometry to determine the degree of auditory influence and change.In this paper,the data collected by spss26.0 software were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the average hearing threshold of ear symptoms and other accompanying symptoms scores of the two groups were analyzed.Results:60 patients successfully carried out clinical research on this subject.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% in both groups and 76.67% in the control group.The curative effect of the two groups were statistically analyzed,p < 0.05.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving scores.Conclusion:1 Conventional treatment acupuncture at Conger eight points can effectively improve patients’ condition2 Acupuncture at eight points in the ear is superior to conventional treatment for sudden deafness3 Acupuncture at eight points is superior to conventional treatment of sudden deafness,mainly in improving the average hearing threshold of deafness,ear symptom score and other accompanying symptom score,HAMA score and clinical curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization...
