Clinical Observation Of Yi Qi Fu Mai Frozen Powder Injection Agent On Treatment Of Angina Patients

Objective:To observe the effect on therapeutic efficacy of the drug and security of angina patients by injecting Yi qi fu mai frozen powder injection agent on the basis of the expanding using range.Method:One hundred and forty patients who were diagnosed angina were from the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine between June2010and January2011.They all complied to the standards and had signed the informed protocol.The patients were injected Yi qi fu mai frozen powder injection agent5.2g each and once a day on curing angina.The period of treatment is fourteen days. We recorded seattle angina pectoris integral score,nitroglycerin dose and nitroglycerin stopped or decreased percentage before and after treatment. The blood of patients was adopted out two times to observe the changs of blood routine tests, urine routine tests,liver functions (ALT and AST) and kidney functions (BUN and Cr). In the whole process we closely watched the adverse events or adverse effects. Finally the SPSS16.0software was used to statistics and analysis datas for evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of the drug and security.Results:1One hundred and thirty-six patients completed the study and four cases fell off. The seattle angina pectoris scores including exertional scale, angina stability scale, angina frequency scale, treatment satisfaction and disease Perception scale were all increased after the period treatment. Their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).2The nitroglycerin stopped or decreased percentage was91.5%. The nitroglycerin doses after the period treatment were less than ones before treatment. Their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). 3We did not see apparently unusual by blood routine tests, urine routine tests, assaying liver functions (ALT and AST), kidney functions (BUN and Cr) and so on after the period. The differences of vital signs had no statistical significance and the same as the liver functions and kidney functions (P>0.05).The patients did not experience any adverse event or adverse effect.Conclusions:1Yi qi fu mai frozen powder injection agent was effecive on curing angina patients.The drug could improve the patients’ quality of life and reduce the nitroglycerin doses.2Yi qi fu mai frozen powder injection agent on curing angina patients was safe and no adverse effect was found.
