Randomized Controlled Clinical Study Of Qi Hong Powder In Treating Chronic Coronary Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effectivity and safety of Qi Hong powder in the treatment of Chronic coronary heart failure patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic coronary heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to the fourth clinical medical college of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30cases),both groups were given routine western medicine treatment,the experimental group add with Qi Hong powder for12 weeks.NT-pro BNP,LVEF,the efficacy of TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function classification,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale,6min walking test distance and safety index before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,continued follow-up of 12 weeks,to observe rate of rehospitalization and the incidence of serious cardiovascular events in patients.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of NT-pro BNP,TCM syndromes and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment(P<0.01),while NYHA cardiac function classification and 6MWT were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01),there was no difference in LVEF between two groups(P>0.1).(2)Comparison of the difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement degree of NT-pro BNP and NYHA cardiac function grading,total scores of TCM syndrome and the scores of main syndrome such as chest tightness and secondary syndrome,such as shortness of breath/wheezing and weakness,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).The two groups had no statistical difference in LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD(P>0.1).(3)After 12 weeks of treatmentand 12 weeks of follow-up after drug withdrawal,the security indexes of the two groups were not distinctively different(P>0.1),and no adverse drug reactions or severe cardiovascular adverse event occurred in either group.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Qi Hong powder treatment of chronic coronary heart failure patients,can significantly reduce the level of NT-pro BNP,increase the distance of 6MWT,improve the classification of heart function and the quality of life,it's effective and security.
