Clinical Research On Yangyin Runfei Decoction On Treating The Lung And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Dry Rhinitis

Objective:Through the observation of curative effect of Yangyin Runfei Decoction on treating the rhinitis sicca, the yin deficiency of lung and kidney type, to demonstrate the rationality and clinical efficacy of Yangyin Runfei Decoction.Methods:Using the method of open trial and randomized controlled parallel tests to divided the60patients, the rhinitis sicca of yin deficiency of lung and kidney type, into treatment group and control group, each group of30patients. The treatment group was treated by Yangyin Runfei Decoction and external used of erythromycin eye ointment, the control group was treated by oral use of vitamin C and vitamin B2and external used of erythromycin eye ointment.2weeks later, compared with two groups of clinical curative effect, so as to determine the two groups clinical curative effect.Results:The treatment group was more effective than the control group in improving symptoms, such as nasal dryness, epistaxis, nasal cavity, and nasal itching and so on. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group respectively were83.3% and63.3%.There are a significant differences of statistics by comparing the two groups.Conclusion:There was a significant clinical efficacy for Yangyin Runfei Decoction on treating the rhinitis sicca (yin deficiency of lung and kidney type).
