Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yangyin Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Radiation Pneumonia (deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin, Phlegm-heat Accumulating Lung Type)

Object : To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of patients with radiation pneumonitis and Qi and Yin deficiency and phlegm heat and lung syndrome,to provide a certain clinical research basis for determining the efficacy of this prescription and further promoting the clinical application of this prescription.Methods: A prospective randomized controlled trial was used to enroll 56 patients who met the criteria according to the case selection criteria.Randomly divided into the control group(symptomatic supportive treatment)and the experimental group(Yinyin Jiedu Decoction + symptomatic supportive treatment),continuous observation for 2 months.The main observation indicators were to evaluate the changes of the indicators before and after treatment from four aspects:the performance of TCM syndrome,the improved MRC dyspnea index,the diagnostic criteria of acute radiation pneumonitis and the Kamofsky score.Results: Compare the effects before and after treatment and get the results.(1)After treatment,the improvement of the symptoms of twilight,bad breath and thirst was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);Comprehensive comparison between the experimental group and the control group,it can be seen that after the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical manifestations of the patients with qi and yin deficiency and phlegm heat and lung type are better than those with symptomatic support(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the dyspnea of the experimental group was significantly improved,(P<0.05);the control group was significantly improved compared with the dyspnea before treatment,(P<0.05);the improvement of dyspnea after treatment was better than that of the control group,(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the acute radiation-induced lung injury in the experimental group was significantly improved,P<0.05.After treatment,the acute radiation-induced lung damage was improved in the experimental group,(P<0.05);the improvement of acute radiation-induced lung damage in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Group(P<0.01).(4)After treatment,the KPS score of the patients was significantly improved,P=0.004<0.05;the KPS score of the control group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,(P<0.05);the test group was better than the improvement of quality of life after treatment.In the control group,(P<0.05).conclusion:(1)Yangyin Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the syndrome manifestation of radiation-induced pneumonia,qi and yin deficiency,and phlegm-heating lung.The efficacy of improving syndrome is significantly better than that of symptomatic supportive therapy.(2)Yangyin Jiedu Decoction can relieve the symptoms of dyspnea,reduce the lung damage of patients,and clinical curative effect,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is better than the simple use of symptomatic support.
