The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of The Yin Deficiency Of The Larynx With The Kidney Nourishing Yin Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Fangyi Shenyin Decoction on slow throat,lung-kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients were enrolled in the ENT Department of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to February 2018.Randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 cases,the control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese medicine Yishen Yangyin Decoction,and the control group was treated with Chinese proprietary medicine Wutaiyanyan Tablet.Both courses of treatment were set for 14 days as a course of treatment.A total of two courses of treatment were observed.The symptoms and signs were recorded and analyzed using statistical software.Finally,the data were collected and analyzed for efficacy.Results:In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.44%.In the control group,2 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 79%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically analyzed,P<0.05,indicating that the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Self-made Yishen Yangyin Decoction has obvious clinical effect on slow throat,lung-kidney yin deficiency type,2.Self-made Yishen Yangyin Decoction can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs.
