Along with social progress and development, people’s consciousnessalso increase gradually, the old biomedical model leads doctors attachimportance to human biology index measurement, neglect patients withmental appeal and sociality, in this mode the doctor will cure, do not knowpeople. With the new biomedical pattern to appear, the doctor should notonly attach importance to disease, and patients to understand thepsychological and social factors. In recent years, the increasing number ofmedical disputes, the increasing tension between doctors and patients, thedoctor-patient contradiction intensifying. A large number of studies haveconfirmed, effective physician-patient communication can strengthenbetween health care trust, improve the relationship between doctors andpatients, to reduce the conflicts between doctors and patients. Therefore,the residency of doctor-patient communication in current situation, todevelop targeted communication skills education and training, promote thedevelopment of graduate medical education, promoting the region thestandardized training of resident physicians and reform of greatsignificance.This study used the United States University of Cincinnati William B.Brinkman et al. Preparation and testing of mature multisource feedbackevaluation questionnaire (Attachment) in16hospitals in Chongqing insideand outside, gynecology residents were evaluated by a questionnaire, rating table includes: patients, nurses, doctors and the residency4evaluation table,analysis of275hospitalized physicians doctor-patient communicationsituation.For patients, nurses, physician and resident each investigation objectevaluation results were analyzed statistically, with statistical significance.The results show that the areas of "top three" hospital patientcommunication characteristics:(1) Patients resident satisfaction poorcommunication skills, nurses are not satisfied with the cooperation capacityof the resident physicians, attending physicians look forward to theresidency to improve the level of technical communication, residentself-evaluation a higher subjective sense of identity.(2)The needs of thedoctor-patient communication behavior and cognitive differences betweendoctors and patients is an important factor to affect the doctor-patientcommunication quality.(3) Standardized training of resident physicians didnot achieve greater purpose of the raise.(4)Differences in different units ofresident physicians, medical ethics, communication skills, and theatmosphere of the hospital culture and organizational ethics.Finally, according to investigation of resident physiciancommunication problems in the status quo, raise concerns about residencymedical ethics training and improve communication skills, communicationskills for residency training and puts forward the corresponding solutionsand suggestions for improvement.
