Objective1.To Collect situational cases of nurse-patient communication based on clinical nursing work,to design situational resource of video or graphics form,to create nurse-patient communication resources.2.To evaluation the application effects of situational resources approach in classroom teaching of nursing communication.MethodsThe study is divided into two parts.The first part is collection of situational cases.Base on the relevant literatures such as the nurses' ability to communicate with patients,the methods of nursing students'communication training,application of situational case teaching method.Through the TV drama,teaching materials,clinical nurse-patient communication three ways to collect situational communication cases,to design nursing interpersonal communication situation resources.The second part is empirical research.Using chester sampling method,2017 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,including 171 in the experimental group and 173 in the control group.The control group adopted the routine teaching method,the experimental group adopted the situational case teaching method.The learning effects of nursing students were evaluated through three methods:classroom questionnaire,scene play of nursing-patient communication,and clinical communication ability of nursing students.Results1.The results of two groups of questionnaires showed that the rate of consent of the 7 subjects in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The results of the questionnaire were quantified according to the 3,2 and 1 points of consent,neutrality and disagreement.The results showed that the scores in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The results of two groups of nurse patient communication sitcom showed that the scores and total scores of the four dimensions in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in the selection,arrangement,performance and analysis.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The results of the two groups of clinical communication scales showed that the score of the clinical communication ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in the six dimensions,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Situational case teaching method can stimulate nursing students' interest in leaning and improve their learning enthusiasm and professional identity.2.Situational case teaching method can increase the connection between theory and practice,improve the clinical nursing-patient communication ability of nursing students.3.Nursing students have a higher degree of satisfaction with situational resource teaching,and generally affirmed the effectiveness of teaching.
