Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Apoplexy By Acupuncture With Double-toning Lung And Spleen

Objective: By observing and comparing the curative effect of lung and spleen double acupuncture on urinary incontinence after apoplexy and routine acupuncture,we can find a more feasible and effective treatment method,so that the patients with urinary incontinence after apoplexy can get better treatment and rehabilitation.Methods :In this study,44 patients with post-apoplectic urinary incontinence with deficiency of both lung and spleen were selected.44 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and included the criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 22 cases in both groups.All recruited patients were given the same basic neurologic treatment,such as corresponding symptomatic treatment for patients with hypertension,diabetes,etc.All hemiplegic patients were treated with related acupoints on the hemiplegic side.The control group was treated with milliacupuncture Baihui,Sishen Cong,Guan Yuan,Zhongji,Pingbu Pingxie.The treatment group was treated with double tonifying acupuncture of lung and spleen,that is,on the basis of the above acupoints,the treatment group was treated with double replenishment acupuncture of lung and spleen.Foot three li,lack,Yunmen,Taiyuan four acupoints.Among them,Zusanli uses burning mountain fire to make up for gaps,Yunmen,and Taiyuan to fill with each other.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in both groups was once a day for 30 minutes,7 days as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.The diurination times,nocturnal urination times,weekly urinary incontinence,maximum bladder volume,residual urine volume,degree of urinary incontinence,clinical symptom score,effective rate and cure rate were observed before and after treatment.Results: According to the results of clinical observation,it can be seen that the changes of daytime urination times,nocturnal urination times,weekly urinary incontinence,maximum bladder volume,residual urine volume of bladder,degree of urinary incontinence and clinical symptom score in the two groups were compared with those in the same group before treatment.All of them were improved,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The daily urination times,nocturnalurination times,weekly urinary incontinence times,maximum bladder volume,bladder residual urine volume,urinary incontinence degree and clinical symptom score in the treatment group were improved compared with those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The overall effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively It was 86.4% and 45.5%,and the cure rate was 4.6% and 0%,respectively.it was found that there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.For the treatment of patients with urinary incontinence accompanied by deficiency of both lung and spleen after apoplexy,both lung and spleen double acupuncture and routine acupuncture have certain effect.2.The overall curative effect of lung and spleen double acupuncture was obviously better than that of conventional acupuncture.The symptoms and signs of urinary incontinence were improved more obviously,the degree of urinary incontinence decreased more obviously,and the improvement of clinical symptom score was more prominent.3.For patients with urinary incontinence after apoplexy accompanied by deficiency of both lungs and spleen,double supplement acupuncture of lung and spleen is a novel and unique method.
