Clinical Study Of Auricular Point Combined With Thunder Fire Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Pressure Urinary Incontinence Of Renal Qi Instability Type

Objective: By mining and by the application of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion(thunder fire moxibustion),ear bean(cowherb seed seed)aspects of many physicians to female kidney not solid understanding of the type of stress urinary incontinence disease and treatment method of experience,systematic,comprehensive combined ear bean thunder fire moxibustion treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(FSUI),and treatment in clinical maneuverability is strong,safe,effective,less pain and high patient acceptance to provide some data support,also for the clinical treatment of the disease provide a new direction and emphasis of development ideas,reference data and a series of value.Methods: A female patient diagnosed with a confirmed stress incontinence disorder with informed consent.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of the number of visits.The odd-numbered group was the control group,and the even-numbered group was the treatment group.A total of 72 patients were recruited,including 36 patients in the treatment group(even number)and 36 patients in the control group(odd number).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with Kegel pelvic floor muscle training,while patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion(thunder and fire moxibustion)combined with auricular acupoint pressure(seed of Cowherb seed).At last,data statistical comparison and statistical analysis were conducted on the clinical observation indicators before and after treatment of the two groups of patients from multiple perspectives.The indicators were :(1)Gullen scale;(2)1-hour pad test;(3)changes in the frequency of urinary incontinence and its impact on patients’ life(ICI-Q-SF questionnaire).Results: After 4 cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was80.56%,and that of the control group was 75.00%.Statistical analysis of the efficacy in the treatment group showed P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: This study supports for female stress urinary incontinence in moxibustion(thunder fire moxibustion)ear bean(cowherb seed seed)treatment can obviously relieve symptoms and achieve good treatment effect,overall curative effect is slightly better than the conventional acupuncture combined Kegel pelvic floor muscle training,and is better than its operability,promotional,universality,and economic applicability and higher security,acceptance,suitable for clinical widely.
