Clinical Study Of Methods Of Jian Pi Yi Shen With Xelox Chemotherapy In The Treament Of Postoperative Patients With Colorectal Tumor

Objective:To observe the effect of the method of Jian Pi Yi Shen in treatment of colorectal cancer postoperative patients.Methods:The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine,Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation standards,clinical efficacy evaluation criteria,with reference to the Medical Secretary,Ministry of Health of People’s Republic of China,the relevant standard-setting in standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of common malignant tumors of China and The Guiding Principles of Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine.Choose40patients with colorectal cancer,and divide them randomly into treatment group and the control group.Take Jian Pi Yi Shen prescription for the treatment group(20cases),one bag a day,and served six weeks,and combined with XELOX;the control group(20cases),only for XELOX chemotherapy.2cycles after treatment,compared Chinese clinical symptom,living condition before and after treatment,tumor symbols in serum and side effect after chemotherapy between2groups.Results:The treatment group has the obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with colorectal cancer, improving the quality of life, reducing the side effects,compared to the chemotherapy alone group,however,in the reducing the value of serum CEA have no significant difference(P>0.05),liver and kidney damages are not clear in both2groups.Conclusion:The usage of XELOX chemotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer postoperative patients with the methods of Jian Pi Yi Shen,it improves patients’clinical symptoms and living conditions,reduces the side effects of chemotherapy.The treatment methods of Jian Pi Yi Shen are one of the effective ways to treat colorectal cancer...
