Clinical Observation In The Use Of Decoction Of Jian Pi Yi Shen Tang On The Treatment Of Patients With Regressive Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and the influence to IL-6, IL-8 on the method of jian pi yi shen tang treating regressive Psoriasis vulgaris..and clarify the outbreak regulation and with the relationship of spleen and kidney deficiency.Methods:60 cases of psoriasis were divided into two groups randomly;the treatment group and the control group,which contained 40 cases and 20 cases respectively.the treatment group was treated with jian pi yi shen tang and DI YIN tablet;the control group was treated with DI YIN tablet.8 weeks made up one course of treatment. All the cases were objected to PASI and the score of symptom before and after treating. Some cases were objected to IL-6, IL-8.Results: (1) The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 67.5% and 35% respectively and have significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).we can consider that the treatment group was better the control group. (2 ) the level of IL-6 and IL-8 twere decrease in the treatment group,and have significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).we can consider that jian pi yi shen tang and DI YIN table group which can decrease the level of IL-6 and IL-8 did not below the control group. (3) the score of symptom with two groups have significant difference .we can consider that the treatment group was better the control group. ( 4 ) the score of the side-effect with two groups have significant difference It indicated that jian pi yi shen tang can decrease the side-effect of DI YIN tablet and improve the clinical effect.
