| Objective:In order to explore clinical effect about the traditional method, which is called Jian Pi Yi Shen, in treatment of colorectal cancer postoperative patients, and take a far more step to assess the effect after treatment, safety and living quality of a specially appointed kind of Chinese medicine comprehensively, to provide more ways and scientific basis in the research of Chinese medicine.Method:Collecting 60 cases without chemotherapy from oncology clinic in Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in January 2014 to April 2015 at the age of 18 to 80, who is in line with both modern medical and TCM diarrheal disease diagnostic criteria.60 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups on average.30 patients in treatment group took the special made prescription by using invigorating spleen and replenishing kidney twice a day,4 weeks in a row for a course of treatment. The control group:Smectite Powder, each 3.0g,3 times a day,4 weeks in a row for a course of treatment. Recording the number of patients’ defecation, the time, the feelings, and his anus bowel control and other data. The therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively depending on integral syndrome efficacy score and a defecation check table developed from the Xu Zhongfa’s 5-item 10-integrable system.Results:After treatment, improvements of the main syndrome are significantly better than those in the control group(p<0.01), and the improvements of subsidiary syndrome are better than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Method of invigorating spleen and replenishing kidney can provide efffective treatment for the patients with diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery, improve defecation function, reduce complications and improve their living quality. |
