Clinical Observation Of The Efficacy Of Spleen-tonifying, Yin-nourishing,Dampness-resolving And Toxin-removing Combined With XELOX Regimen Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective:This clinical trials research is designed to observe whether Jian Pi Yang Yin Qu Shi Jie Du decoction combined with the chemotherapy of XELOX can improve the efficiency of chemotherapy,relieving the adverse effects caused by chemotherapy,and improving symptoms of advanced colorectal cancer patients.Methods:Select a total of 40 patients of advanced colorectal cancer and they were randomly divided into two gruops,treatment group(20 cases) were treated with Jian Pi Yang Yin Qu Shi Jie Du decoction and XELOX scheme chemotherapy, control group(20 cases) were treated with XELOX regimen only.After 2 periods,compare the the two groups of patients in the objective curative effect, the change of clinical symptoms, KPS score,serum CEA and the degree of side effects, and then we can analyze the difference between the two groups through the SPSS.Results:The Treatment group and control group have no statistical difference in objective curative effect and in reducing serum CEA (P>0.05).Compared to the chemotherapy alone group, the treatment group has the obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with colorectal cancer (P<0.05).KPS score has significant difference in the two groups (P<0.05).Especially in reducing and vomiting and diarrhea has obvious advantages,the side effects were no significant difference.Conclusion:In the process of clinical treatment, Jian Pi Yang Yin Qu Shi Jie Du decoction combined with the chemotherapy of XELOX has the function of improving the patients’ clinical symptoms and quality of life, reducing the adverse effects of chemotherapy, so it is worth popularizing in clinical.
