The Clinical Study Of Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang Combined With Chemotherapy In Gastric Cancer Patients Inhibition Of VEGF-C

Objective:Study and explore the Shen Qi Jianwei Tang combined with chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients with serum vascular endothelial growth factor (Vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) VEGF-C inhibition and the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, to observe the safety.Methods:In clinic 60 patients of gastric cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,therapy group(Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang with chemotherapy) and control group (chemotherapy alone) and the clinical and pathological effects were compared with those of the two groups.Result: After treatment, the expression of serum VEGF-C of test group significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference has meaning in the statistics (P<0.05), compared with the control group was significantly lower, the difference also has meaning in the statistics (P <0.05). In symptom improvement, the effective rate of the test group was 70.00%,significantly higher than the control group. After treatment, patients of the test group with upper abdomen pain, fatigue were much better than the control group by statistical analysis, there are significant differences (P<0.05). The number of cases of appearingⅠ°,Ⅱ°,Ⅲ°bone marrow suppression and the overall incidence of bone marrow suppression in test group were lower than the control group, the difference has meaning in the statistics (P<0.05). Compare with ALT of the two group, the number of cases of appearingⅠ°,Ⅱ°liver damage and overall incidence of liver damage in the test group were lower than the control group after treatment, the difference makes sense in the statistics, (P<0.05).Conclusion: Shen Qi Jian Wei Tang combined with chemotherapy is an effective method in treating advanced gastric cancer. It can decrease toxicr response and improve clinical symptoms.
