Clinical Observation About The Effects Of Gubenfangxiao Decoction And Acupoint Sticking On Children’s Asthma In Remission Stage Of Lung Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:By observing the change of the main observation on children’s asthma in remission before and after treatment,objective evaluation the clinical efficacy and safety of Children’s Asthma in remission stage of lung spleen deficiency syndrome treated with GuBenFangXiao decoction and acupoint sticking.Methods:In clinical study,820cases Of asthma in remission stage lung spleen deficiency type of children were treated with GuBenFangXiao decoction(GBFXD)and Dingchuan Acupoint Sticking Plaster6months as a course,the sick children were treated for one course and followed upfor one course.To observe the changes of primaxy and secondary efficacy indexes before and after treatment,especially changes in the lung spleen deficiency symptoms,use statistieal methods for analysis and processing.Results:Comparing the effects before and after treatment,In reducing the number of asthma attacks,the frequency of respiratory tract infection,the group were effective (P<0.05), on nasal itching and sneezing, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, sweating, pale, spiritual, fatigue,appetite,tongue of theimprovements are also significant effect (P<0.05), GBFXD and acupoint sticking therapy can decrease the onset of asthma and improve the sick children’s lung spleen deficiency symptoms.The examination of Blood Routine,Urine Routine,Stool Routine,Blood Biochemistry and ECG are not found abnormal heightening change.Conclusions:GBFXD and acupoint sticking therapy could significantly reduce the number of asthma attacks,the frequency of upper and lower respiratory tract infection in sick children,improving clinical symptoms in asthma in remission stage of lung spleen deficiency syndrome,with clinical safety.
